Yoga with Judy is great!

Kick-HIIT: A Big HIIT

Judy was simply amazing! She is an incredible instructor and an extremely effective trainer. She has great motivational skills as well. She really cares about those in her classes She truly enjoys what she does and that joy is contagious. During my workout, she was patient, making sure I safely and efficiently executed moves that were new to me. Once I got it and was comfortable, she pushed me, customizing the workout to meet my needs, thus making it an incredible and enjoyable workout. I cannot say enough about how great an experience it was and how wonderful it was receiving training from Judy… Thank you, Judy!

Vinyasa Yoga

Awesome class! This was only my second or third time taking a yoga class of any kind. I have arthritic knees and very tight muscles all over. Judy adapted the workout and showed me modifications that not only kept me from getting frustrated, but allowed me to loosen up and become more flexible than I have been in a very long time. And this was just the first session! Guaranteed, there will be many more sessions with Judy in the future!

What a great workout!

Judy is a great trainer. She’s really encouraging and takes the time to make sure your form is good and you’re breathing properly. She puts together a workout so challenging and interesting that the time just flies by! I definitely recommend training with her.

Great Yoga Kick hour

Judy was able to mix yoga and kickboxing effectively to give us a great hour of workout. She started with yoga for upper body and then mixed it with kickboxing for lower body for a really balanced and fun workout. She is also very attentive to your posture and can spot mistakes and correct them immediately. Would highly recommend!

Great Variety!

Judy gives great instruction and motivation. She gave a challenging workout full of cardio and awesome bodyweight exercises! She showed us some of the exercises from the Katniss workout. Definitely check that out! Thanks!!

Kicking my butt, not my wall

I had the pleasure of taking Judy’s Sunday Kick-HIIT class last week. Not only was it a great workout, but kickboxing was a surprisingly fun way to start getting back into shape, and anyone slightly interested should definitely give it a try. Judy herself was great! Very attentive to my needs. I had a recent knee injury that she was very mindful of, supplying low-impact versions of various moves and helping to instruct me on how to keep from injuring it further. Even beyond that, I have a pretty limited amount of space to workout in. I was positively amazed at how well Judy helped me to utilize the space I had to get a good workout, without putting my foot through a wall. I was very worried coming into the class about my ability to do a full range of kicks without breaking things, but with some small adjustments Judy was able to make it work perfectly. I highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for a great workout, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience–a great star.
